Cancellation policy – Registration fees
If you have registered but are unable to attend the congress, the following cancellation policy applies:

- Cancellations before September 13th, 2012: paid registration fees will be fully refunded.

- Cancellations between September 13th, 2012 and September 30th, 2012 are subject to 75% cancellation fees. 

- No refund for cancellations after September 30th, 2012!

Cancellation policy – Fees for excursions on Wednesday afternoon

- Cancellations before September 13th, 2012: paid registration fees will be fully refunded.

- No refund for cancellations after September 13th, 2012!

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to congress@univie.ac.at.

Any bank fees will be charged to participants.
